Our Process
1. You’ll Book A Call
It starts with a conversation. You’ll chat with us for 30-minutes via Zoom at a time that’s convenient for you. This is your time to share your goals, struggles, lifestyle, and needs. We'll listen and collaboratively formulate a plan tailored exclusively for you.
2. We’ll Get To Work
Once we agree on an action plan, we'll send you your comprehensive onboarding checklist. Inside, you'll find your exclusive invite to TrueCoach, your workout headquarters, a 10-page customized nutrition guide, and a trove of resources designed to help you stay on track. Once you’ve completed the steps on your checklist, you’re ready to start building new habits.
3. We’ll Check-In Weekly
Whether you’re training online, in a group, or in-person, we’ll meet regularly at a pre-decided time that fits your schedule. For online and group coaching clients, we’ll meet virtually via Zoom. For in-person clients, we’ll check-in during your sessions. Check-ins become our compass, guiding you with accountability, answering questions, troubleshooting as needed, and offering unwavering support. Your journey is personal, and so is our commitment to your success.
4. Watch Your Progress Soar
As you conquer milestones, we don't stop there. Your progress is our compass, guiding our next move. We're not just coaches; we're partners in your success. Expect adjustments to your plan, fine-tuning for continuous progress. Your journey evolves as you do.
