Hey There! I’m Coach Allison and that hunk on my right is Coach Eric. We’re the owners of Lock & Key Fitness with a mission to help you get more out of life by achieving physical freedom.

Every day, we see people struggling to show up confidently in their lives because they feel limited by their strength, mobility, or self-image.

They know that prioritizing their fitness is the key to creating the change they want, but they feel discouraged by demanding workout plans, the pressure to look or behave a certain way, and contradicting advice that consumes the fitness space. It doesn’t have to be this overwhelming.

Eric and I launched Lock & Key Fitness not only to provide a clear-cut path to reaching your fitness goals but also a path to maintaining your health and fitness for years to come. So your physical health doesn’t leave you sitting on the sidelines of life.

We both know what it’s like to struggle with body image and a deep sense that your body and life are capable of more. Eric spent a large portion of his life battling undiagnosed C-PTSD while Allison spent the earlier part of her life unraveling an eating disorder.

We both looked for the solution to our discomfort through outside sources – food, drinking, drugs, sex. Although these solutions made us feel temporarily fulfilled, there would be a large rebound that would leave us feeling more empty than before. Once we put our health first and focused on fueling and training for performance, the pieces began to fall into place.

We each noticed that the more consistent we became in our fitness routine, the better our lives became.

The skills we learned in the gym – consistency, dedication, discipline – transferred to our daily lives. As our fitness improved, so did our work, relationships, and mindset. Not to mention, fitness brought us to each other. (Awww 💕)

With our 20+ years of combined experience in the fitness industry, we’ve had the opportunity to study, learn from failure, find what works, and most importantly, what doesn’t.

Over the past 3 years, we’ve had the honor of using what we know to help over 100 people set their health up for lifelong success, transform their lives, and discover a new sense of confidence and empowerment.
