Do I need A Gym Membership?

Nope! We specialize in crafting workouts tailored to your environment, whether it's just bodyweight exercises or utilizing minimal equipment. We do recommend investing in a set of resistance bands for a wide variety of exercises, but a gym membership is not a requirement.

What's the difference between a fitness coach and a personal trainer?

The terms “Personal Trainer” and “Fitness Coach” are often used interchangeably, but there is a difference. While personal trainers often focus solely on workouts, our fitness coaches at Lock and Key delve deeper. We're not just sculpting bodies; we're shaping mindsets, customizing nutrition plans, and offering a collaborative approach to your success both in and out of the gym.

Do I need to be in the same city?

No need! The beauty of Lock and Key Fitness is that we coach most of our clients online. Your fitness journey transcends geographical boundaries.

Where do you train in person?

We train our in-person clients at Train Your Way Fitness in St. Louis Park, MN. We also travel to train clients in their homes for an additional fee.

Does Online Fitness Coaching actually work?

Yes, and here's why: Our online coaching is backed by a proven system. With customized programs, constant communication, and a team of coaches at your service, the results speak for themselves. In fact, our data shows that our online clients outperform our in-person clients (and our in-person clients are pretty dang impressive!). Physical freedom knows no virtual bounds.

How will I get my workouts?

Through TrueCoach: We've streamlined the process by delivering all your workouts via the user-friendly TrueCoach app. Access your personalized fitness journey at the touch of a button.

I've never worked out before, how will I know how to do the exercises?

We've got you covered! Your program includes detailed video and written instructions for each exercise, along with set and rep recommendations. We even take the guesswork out of rest days and deloads by programming them for you.

Do you have a guarantee?

Absolutely! If you're not satisfied, we’ll keep working until we get it right. To redeem our guarantee, you must complete at least 90% of your workouts and have logged all of your meals. There must also be ongoing communication about your progress and concerns before you ask to redeem our guarantee – we're in this together for your success!
